Reminder for Post Treatment Self Care

  • Don't forget to hydrate.

  • Listen to your body, get the rest you need. It's common to feel more tired for a few days after a treatment.

  • A range of emotions may come up the days following a treatment. Don't suppress them. They are emotions you've suppressed and are now being released. They will go away. Be patient.

  • Do the self-care that was suggested. Self-care is the key to optimal health and wellness.
